ACA 1094/1095 Employer Reporting Year 3

Many Employers hoped that Congress would make changes to the ACA that would eliminate or simplify the ACA employer reporting process. As you all know by now, that has not happened. The IRS has released the new 2017 draft forms and instructions so it is time to make sure employers are ready for reporting due early in 2018.
